Naturetote Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
- Acceptance: By visiting Naturetote, registering an account, or placing custom wholesale orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the web store signifies your agreement to any revisions.
- Age Limits: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal business authority to place custom bulk orders on this platform.
2. Custom Printing & Design Uploads
- IP Ownership: You maintain all intellectual property rights to graphics, logos, and layouts uploaded via our real-time print canvas simulator. You represent that you own or hold licenses for all uploaded assets.
- Content Safety: We reserve the right to decline print requests containing offensive, hateful, copyright-infringing, or trademarked material without your express authorization.
- Print Preview: The digital mockup shown in our custom wholesale print simulator is an approximation. Slight shifts in ink opacity, placement, and canvas alignment are normal.
3. Wholesale & Tiered Pricing
- Pricing Tiers: Product pricing for cotton bags and drawstring pouches is calculated dynamically based on purchase quantity. Bulk pricing structures are subject to change based on GOTS certified raw cotton market rates.
- Quote Validity: Custom price quotes generated via our sales agents or checkout simulator remain valid for 14 calendar days from creation.
- Taxation: All custom orders are subject to local goods and services tax (GST) and shipping carrier surcharges as indicated during invoice settlement.
4. Production & Lead Times
- Fabrication Phase: Custom printing, double-stitching, and GOTS quality-control processes typically require 7 to 14 business days from mockup approval.
- Delays: Production timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary during high-volume harvest seasons or supply chain constraints.
5. Cancellation & Returns Policy
- Bespoke Exclusions: Because custom-branded organic bags are made-to-order, cancellations cannot be accepted once raw fabric cutting or design ink stamping has commenced.
- Defect Return: Refund or replacement claims are restricted to manufacturing stitch defects, incorrect bag dimensions, or severe design printing mismatches.
- Notification Limit: All damaged or defect claims must be submitted to our support channel with digital image proof within 7 calendar days of package delivery.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes, mediation processes, or claims arising from transactions with Naturetote shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
